ViewMento is an AI-powered content notes and insights platform that allows users to create, manage, and export notes from various content sources including videos, articles, podcasts, and other media. Our service processes video content through AI to generate transcripts, summaries, and insights.

The service is designed for educational, research, and personal use. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to process any content through our service and must comply with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Subscription and Payment

ViewMento offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and provide unlimited access to all features. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your subscription within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service after the initial 30-day period.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, we will work to resolve them. If we cannot resolve the issues within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.

• Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exceptions: We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, violation of our terms of service, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
